Digital Inclusion Roundtable (For Southwest Stakeholders) • Hosted by IBM and W2i • By Invitation Only
Digital inclusion is a major motivation for deploying broadband infrastructure in urban and rural areas. But communications infrastructure is only one of many things that must align in order for local government leadership to trigger the adoption of integrated strategies and plans to address the digital divide, including funding and hardware needs, education and training, applications, and community support. This Roundtable in Tempe places a special emphasis on broadband-wireless and rural digital inclusion and accessibility, including in Indian Country.
